REHDA Selangor is set to organise the Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX 2019) and attract the participation of 15 developers and property price starts at RM290,000.
REHDA Selangor Chairman and REHDA Malaysia vice president, Zulkifly Garid said “In conjunction with HOC initiative, house-buyers can enjoy 10% discount from the developer as well as stamp duty exemptions. Hence, house-buyers should take this opportunity to visit the MAPEX 2019 before the stamp duty exemptions ended in 30th June 2019.”
