Somehow, different city council still have slightly different treatment on the OSC.

We have worked with Tuan Haji Murzuki of Pentago Landscape since 2013. We have successfully completed Kanvas SOHO Cyberjaya and we are most pleased with the outcome from the designs and detailing done by Pentago. Pentago is now working on our condominium project The Riyang @ Happy Garden.

We have held it successfully in Mid Valley Mega Mall for many years.

Anyone has feedback on Thyssenkrupp as a lift supplier?

I was told that ALL lift suppliers have service level problem.

We have been very frustrated with the service delivered by Thyssenkrupp to our projects.

We never had the opportunity to have Inta Bina on board for our projects. They were quite close to winning our last tender.

In 2012, we appointed Makassar Ventures Sdn Bhd to carry out construction for 42 unis of Semi-D factory in Bangi. We are pleased with their delivery and will recommend them to any other developers.

Their MD is Mr Goh Hee Tiain.
