    Please feel free to comment on any industrial requirement.

    REHDA Selangor has appealed primarily on 2 items:
    1. Version 2 increased the side set back requirement from 20 feet to 25 feet. Completed projects on 20 feet side setback has shown to be functional and useful (container trucks are only 8 feet wide). It is unproductive to insist on 25 feet set back.

    2. The back lane 40 feet is wasteful. In Singapore, back lanes are 20 feet wide and are meant for servicing only. All unloading activity should be done from the front.

    3. The front road requirement 66 feet is wasteful. Any terrace factory would prefer to have a larger lot for storage than a wider road.
