REHDA Selangor (Zone Klang/Shah Alam) organised a study tour to 2 residential projects in Klang on 14 August 2018. The study tour aims to provide a platform for developers to exchange knowledge and experience in the housing industry.
The study tour was hosted by Gamuda Land and IOI Properties Group and the tour was led by Mr. Loo Chee Yang, Chairman of Klang/Shah Alam Zone Committee joined by 20 REHDA members and 3 representatives from Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor.
The first project the delegates visited was the three storeys Rumah Selangorku (RSKu) townhouse project located in Laman Impian, Bandar Botanic. The project by Gamuda Land consisting of 306 units with 900sq ft design floor plan was completed in 2008.
The delegates then headed to Bandar Puteri Klang to visit The Pearl; a 2.5 storeys Semi-Detached project by IOI Properties Group. The project consisting 39 units with gross built-up area starting from 3.652 sq ft was completed in 2018.
