Here we discuss the issue of strata title issuance.

Of major challenge up ahead is the requirement to handover VP with strata title. Land office and JUPEM themselves are aware of the time challenges to do that. Nevertheless, the new HDA has provision for housing controller to make exception on this matter.

As the delivery deadline of new the SPA regime approaches, we shall see further development on this matter.
