    This topic concerns predominantly landed residential guidelines.

    The recent JPBD ver 3.0 has made relaxation on open space requirement for development below 5 acres. They now require less open space hence increasing the net sellable land.

    Personally, I didnt have a problem with the earlier open space requirement.

    Oh well, lets discuss further
