REHDA Selangor Klang/Shah Alam Zone successfully organized the Malaysia Property Exposition (MAPEX) at Setia City Mall from 8 to 10 March 2019. The Klang /Shah Alam zone has been organizing this event since 2013 which receives an overwhelming response from the public since its inaugural.
This year, the event was held in conjunction with the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) as an effort to assist the government’s initiative to encourage homeownership amongst the rakyat. Among the participating exhibitors in this year’s exposition were MahSing Group, Ecoworld, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Mitraland Group, Low Yat Group (BTP), Golden Land Berhad, Kota Kelang Development Sdn Bhd, WCT Berhad, Myra, Sunsuria Berhad, Titijaya Land Berhad, Sin Hee Yang Property Group and WorldWide Property. Also participating for the first time in MAPEX REHDA Selangor is Hong Leong Investment Bank. The exhibition witnessed strong demand from visitors with over RM5million in sales.
