REHDA Selangor (Zone Shah Alam/Kuala Selangor) paid a courtesy call on the newly appointed Mayor Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA), Dato’ Haji Rosli bin Othman at his office on 7 August 2019. The visit was led by Mr. Loo Chee Yang, the Chairman for Klang/Shah Alam Zone committee joined by zone committee members; En. Rosli Bin Ismail, Ms. Jenny Yap, En. Ardian Hafiz, Mr. Kenny Lim and En. Tengku Aris. Among the issues discussed were:
- Relaxation on the 3m perimeter planting requirement
- Building Plan Comments
- Clarification on the Surau requirement
- Temporary Partition Permit
- Charges on updating the buyers details for assessment bill
- Deposit of Common Property Defects Account
