A courtesy call was organised on Y.B. Pn. Rodziah Binti Ismail, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Housing, Urban Wellbeing and Entrepreneurs Development at her office in Bangunan SSAAS, Shah Alam on 23 March 2021 at 10:00 am. The visit was led by Datuk Ho Hon Sang joined by En Zulkifly Garib, Mr Loo Chee Yang, Dato’ Edward Chong Sin Kiat, En Azhar Shaharudin and Ms Cheryl Chan. Among the issues raised during the discussion were:-

2. Policy for constructing low-cost shops and factories
3. Payment method of deposit into the Common Property Defects Account
4. Review of Hoarding Fee
5. Acquisition of Property by Foreign Purchaser(s)
6. Inconsistency of Working Hours at the Construction Site
7. Substantial increased of Parcel Rent
