REHDA Selangor (Kajang/Sepang Zone) organised a study tour to Setia Ecohill Township on 22 February 2019. The study tour aims to provide a platform for developers to exchange knowledge and experience on township development.
Mr. Choo Suet Yuen and Mr Rames Sivadasan from SP Setia welcomed the delegates from REHDA Selangor. Mr. Sow Joon Howe, Chairman of Kajang/Sepang Zone Committee led the study tour joined by a total of 13 REHDA members.
The delegates visited 2 townships namely Setia EcoHill and Setia EcoHill 2. Setia EcoHill consists of 753 acres land in Semenyih, where 673 acres of the land will be dedicated to 6,300 homes while the remaining 80 acres will be to build parkland and green spaces. Setia EcoHill 2 is a 1,010 acres freehold land to be developed into a self-contained township ecosystem that offers a secure, connected and healthy environment. In total, the township will have 8,024 homes, evenly divided between landed houses and high-rise residences.
