12 July 2018 - Courtesy Visit to Y.B Puan Haniza Binti Talha, Chairman of Housing, Development Management and Urban Living for Selangor.

A courtesy call was organized on Puan Y.B Haniza Binti Talha, the new Chairman of Housing, Development Management and Urban Living for Selangor on 12 July 2018 at Bangunan SSAAS. The objective of the visit was to introduce the REHDA Selangor committee and to update each other on the latest developments and to foster effective interaction. Among the issues and recommendation discussed:-

  1. High Cost of Doing Business
  2. End financing
  3. Foreign residential property acquisition
  4. Planning policies
  5. One Stop Centre (OSC) 3.0
  6. Integrated database
  7. Bumi Quota

The meeting ended with both parties thanking each other and agreed to work together in the future.
