23 July 2018 – Courtesy visit to Puan Rahilah binti Rahmat, Yang Di-Pertua of Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor

REHDA Selangor paid a courtesy call on the Yang Dipertua of Kuala Selangor District Council (MDKS), Pn. Rahilah binti Rahmat on 23 July 2018 at the YDP’s office. The visit was led by Mr. Loo Chee Yang, the Chairman for Klang/Shah Alam Zone committee joined by zone committee members; Mr. Ng Choon Keith, Mr. Kenny Lim, Mr. Denn Gan, Mr. Siew Chee Seng and En. Hj Jermain Sakat. Among the issues discussed were:

1. Development charges & costs.
2. Housing Demand in Kuala Selangor.
3. Townhouse development.
4. Demand for Hotels in Kuala Selangor.
