REHDA Selangor organized a Press Conference of MAPEX Ampang / Selayang & MAPEX Shah Alam / Klang on 30 October 2019 at Wisma REHDA. Since the announcement of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2019 by the Minister of Finance during the tabling of Budget 2019 in November last year and the actual launch by the Prime Minister on March 2019, sales of properties qualified for the incentives have gained momentum. The Campaign has and is still receiving strong support from developers and interest from the market generally. The campaign ends on 31 December 2019 and it is therefore timely for REHDA Selangor to hold exhibition events.
âApproaching the last quarter of the year, REHDA Selangor is organizing the last two mini Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX) targeting the housebuyers in the east and west of Selangor corridor area after the success of the first edition event, MAPEX Klang / Shah Alam in March this year. The theme for both events; ââ#Quality Home For A Better Livingâ is indeed appropriate to reflect REHDA Selangorâs continuous efforts and commitment to promoting homeownership especially housing at affordable price and at the same time ensuring better quality housing for the Rakyat, â said Zulkifly Garib, REHDA Selangor Chairman.
